any way to respond to natural disaster with ads?

i am trying to get clients resulting from natural disaster. The only thing I can think of is kws related to that disaster on adwords i.e. "hurricane supplies." The big issue is that i need immediate impressions to people who are victims. Only thing I can think of is kw based adwords


any other suggestions?

I would use google trends to come up with related keywords. You can also use https://www.wordtracker.com/

I know when that ebola scare was going on a couple years ago, some dude was making like $50k/day selling "Ebola-C" vitamin C tablets.. LOL.
