Any Way to Remove Negative Google Search Suggestions?

When searching the name of one of my clients, a Google Suggestion pops up that say "somewebsite.com scam." In case anyone asks, the company is not a scam and they have a good rating with the BBB.

I have 2 questions. How many searches does it take for the Big G to index a search term suggestion? And secondly, is there any way that negative suggestions can be removed?
