I was wondering if anyone knows of a tool that I can use to increase the views to my ezine article. I have scrapebox and although that does not work anymore to increase the views, I used the proxies I harvested with SB and went into the firefox connection settings and entered a proxy, hit refresh on my browser and there's one more view... seems like it would be a pretty simple program for someone to make who knows some programming (not me, lol).

I paid a guy on fiverr for 20k views. It was just a few weeks ago, and my article is at 18k views plus or minus some.

i thought that was no longer working from what i've read. to be honest i haven't used ping mode yet, mainly because i kept reading that it does not work to increase views on ezine. apparently it was working for a while and then they made some changes to the way views are counted which made scrapebox ineffective for boosting views.

I'm still searching for a way to increase my ezine article views. Since there doesn't seem to be any program out there capable of doing this, at least for free, what else can I do?

I was thinking about finding a story in the news that's current and has a TON of views and comments that I can place a link into my comment with an anchor text related to the story (some crazy new twist to the story, etc) but have it point to my ezine article. However, I was reading that this will get me banned, which I don't want to do. Where would be a good place to do something like this? Any other ideas?

I just tried out the ping mode on sb after you mentioned that it doesn't work for ez anymore. It seems that you are right.
You can try purchasing junk traffic, blanking the referer and sending them to the ez article.

I know JS has a plugin to specifically increase ezine article views. Playinator does as well...

I *may* have a script that can do this but I can't see the view count when I go to the ezine site. Is this only available to the person who put the article up?

If there is someone who can see the number of views and wants to give me the link I can test my script against it :)

Get me via PM or Yahoo Messenger.

// EDIT: I am not guaranteeing the script will work, depends how the site defines 'a view'.

Scroll all the way down. There's a banner then link ads the view count/date submitted right above that.

I'm guessing that you need to play around with the referrers and randomize things as much as you can

Everyone can see the view count of an article just scroll all the way down. Its just above the footer.
