Any Way to Download My Backlinks For Free?

Hello friends, my website i think it is penalized, because 3 years ago i created some bad backlinks for it....

Now have 486 backlinks total.

If i can download these backlinks, i'll create one request on google webmaster tools for disavow that backlinks...

I know ahrefs can do that but need pay for it... any free website version for that?

I can't see the exact url, appear for example "blogspot.com" but not appear the exact url....

You have to use Google Sheets and if it is from blogspot.com then it means your url is on the homepage of blogspot.com

I can't see the exact url .... all urls appear in root domain...

Example: alexa.com, blogspot.com, folkd.com, identi.ca, sopwer.com, ................

At the top of the sheets you can increase the width of the URLs that show up.

You have to click the "Download latest links" button to see the exact urls of your backlinks.

Another question: Disavow links i need wait much time to see some effects right? I see comments that need wait like 3-4 weeks to disavow works...

I'm glad it helped. The comments you have seen said like it'll take 3-4 weeks to disavow the links but from the comments that I have seen and heard and experienced personally for 2 of my sites, submitting the bad links list to the disavow tool won't get back your site out of penalty. You need to contact each site owners by whatever medium like email, social media, contact form, phone, etc and request them to remove your backlinks. You should document all the efforts made and submit it through the Disavow tool to make it work. But you can always try your luck by simply submitting the bad linkslist straight away.
