The actual site freelancer.com ripped me off and the employer off.
He's going contact his credit card company and dispute the charge fully.
I'll simply stop using the site legitimately.

Any way to disrupt freelancer.com site? Directing freelancers on that site somewhere else? Making job bids that warn the employers? twitter bot posting freelancer.com sucks?
I dunno. I've just always hated that site but loved the idea of the site. The actual people that admin the site and customer support seem to go out of their way to make it more difficult for people trying to connect and work together.

    You're just wasting your time..
Freelancer.com is well established. Smart way to handle is get your/client money back from CC claim and get the fuck out of there.

    Want some revenge?
Build a competitive site and offer something that's beyond the reach of freelancer.com. Good Luck!

Upwork is the #1 destination nowadays. Guru is a good alternative too. I've stopped using Freelancer two years ago, the service quality just kept dropping. Afwul service if you ask me.

Draw a line under it and put your energy into something more productive. All the time you spend on this you're not spending on your own projects
