It seems one of my sites is ranking and getting tons of traffic for a keyword I didn't even attempt to rank it for. Problem is, in Google Analytics it shows up as (not provided). I have no idea how to see what my site is ranking for the most or what keyword the majority of my traffic is going to. Any way to check this out?

Technically you can check out SemRush.. there you can find that keyword (of course they don't tell you which keyword it exactly is, it just shows for which keywords you are ranking for).

There's nothing you can do except relying on third party tools like Semrush. I use Semrush a lot and love it, although it's search volume and traffic estimates are not as accurate as Google's keyword planner and analytics.

This, or add your website to Google Webmaster Tools. There, you can see for what keywords your site has appeared in searches and the avg position. There is no exact way to find what "not provided" keywords are.

I have a way of narrowing it down in Google Analytics. In the chart, at the top left you can click "secondary dimension" and type in 'landing page' and select it.

At this point you've at least narrowed it down to the exact page that the "not provided" keyword is on.

Then you can narrow it down even further by clicking "advanced" to the right, next to the search bar in the chart. Then choosing "Landing Page" in the Green box and copying and pasting the landing page address from the "landing page" section of the chart in the search box.

This will show keywords on that page only, including the "not provided" KW. Now you can eliminate more keywords by seeing which ones are showing. I've pin pointed my keyword successfully everytime like this.
