    simple tool to login and vote lik a digg bot but for other sitees plz any help

    Zennoposter or even ubot. Both are pretty good programs.

    You got to learn programming first, maybe look into vb.net or you can try http://ubotstudio.com/ if you dont want to learn how to program, but both have a learning curve. Not something you can learn overnight, if that's what your looking for might as well hire a programmer to make the tool for you.

    uBot can do the automation job pretty well or hire a freelancer to do it for you.

    I personally prefer AutoIT. Free, very easy to use and has a standard Internet Explorer library. It's my go-to for basic automation.
