I think the title says it all really!

I have a site im pretty worried about, its getting alot of attention from shady people and I'd really like to make the site alot safer.

I noticed people were looking up my directories and telling people where to download stuff from my website for free etc and I'm worried my site might be hacked soon.... there's definitely some skilled people eyeing it up.

I was thinking about just hiring somebody from somewhere like odesk and getting them to test my security and give me some more solid advice...

You guys got any tips for me? (please don't go too over technical on me)

    Cheers,
    Gilesy
