Any tips for Technorati domination?

We all know that Technorati can be used to build incoming links from related websites. I have many blogs which get indexed well in Technorati. However, I found that sometimes other sites do not find my posts even though I use Technorati tags in my posts; Technorati simply does not index my pages for those tags.

Are there any tips to avoid this problem and to dominate Technorati ranking?

Technorati can't be "domination" since they Technorati implemented the nofollow tag. So search engines won't score it like they did back in the day
