Hey, everyone...

Any thoughts here regarding .stream domains? I have a project that's going to require buying a lot of domains in bulk and while I have the budget for .com domains, of course, I'd like to save a buck or two if possible. But I don't want to jeopardize the success the of this particular project because I cheaped out on something as simple as the domains. That said, I'm finding conflicting thoughts regarding .stream domains. Anybody know how well they rank? A recent Google statement seems to indicate that domain suffix is playing less and less or a role in SEO. But I rarely see these domain names in searches (but that could be because not many people own them or try to rank them).

It's worth noting that these domains would, in fact, link to streams. So, the suffix is relevant to the content.

So, just looking for your thoughts. I'd appreciate any insight you might have.

The TLD is usually not at all about SEO anymore, it is about user's trust. If you need it for an authority website, it would work poorly most of the time. If all you need it for is as part of a PBN.. as long as you make it powerful enough it shouldn't be a problem. But even so, if part of the PBN, don't get all of them as .stream, because that would be a big footprint. If it's a project in the streaming niche, then the domain will work better, of course
