A few months back there was a rush to get sites up and running which are like the pay per bid auction style of swoopo.

I've seen one that is up but isnt making any money yet due to low traffic.

Just out of curiosity, are there any other sites that are doing well that are not grabab1d, or teleb1d? (I dunno if they are even still doing well for real)

I really want to create a successful site that competes with swo0po and i wanna combine it with a CPA system so u can complete offers to get bids (but i do realize that CPA would only make up like 5% of the inflow cash due to the competitive nature of bidders).

A buddy of mine is about to go live with one of these and is backing it with a $50K advertising campaign. I'll post his results with it. Just like anything else, it's all about how much effort/resources you put into promotion.

I did advertising with adwords and the result was not what I have expected, as engine for the site I used Telebidscript and with few modifications it was ok.

All I can say is that they buy the first package, bid a little and go away. You need insane targeted traffic to make some money out of this ... good luck.

Let me know what the site is when he's finished because I have a few friends who are swoopo addicts.

I started my site last night.
Made 80$ but had to refund 5$ due to a bug.

But what I saw was simply AMAZING, I got 103 bids for a "10 bidpackage" worth 5$
    People click like crazy :)

Some people even placed a bid on an auction ending more than 24 hours after they placed their bids....LOL

If done right it can make some nice $$$$

Very cool idea guys, these things are a cash cow. If you can drive traffic it will do great.

Please allow that to be my secret :)
Obviously you cant spam an adult chat and get the same results.

You need to understand who to target, I am starting to get a rough idea about what kind of people bid on such sites.
