    Hello everyone
I currently have a web site that is in development. I already have a great team of devs building this site and we believe we will be ready to start beta with in two weeks. At least for the back end system. Once complete users of my site will be able to create an account, watch videos, answer surveys, test apps in exchange for points then redeem those points for gift cards.

As far as third party affiliates go I am all set for now, I have companies such as PenuteLabs , AdGate(and many many more) on my site that allow users to complete simple tasks on there sites but earn points on mine.

The issue that I currently have is monetizing my sites content. Specifically my videos. I currently have various channels on my site such as Space videos, Movie Reviews, Product reviews etc and the idea is once I have ads that play before the video starts users would get fractions of points for each video.

The problem in that is I have been looking at a number of different ad networks that offer eCPMs and some of them say things such as

"In order to ensure a good experience for users and advertisers, publishers participating in the XXXX program may not: - Compensate users for viewing ads or performing searches, or promise compensation to a third party for such behavior"

So that does cause a bit of an issue for my site. As far as answering surveys, testing apps, voting on polls etc goes that is all set and done but I what would be the featured attractions for my site (the videos) do need ads.

If anyone could give me some advice on what to look for, point me in the right direction or just offer some over all advice on where I can look or who to contact to make sure that my videos are monetized it will get me that much closer to my goal.

    Please and Thank You

I would but there is no way of telling which ad networks they use
