I think I should head for the branch of ecommerce and SEO or SEM as long as I have a bachelor's degree in commerce, I see that side webdesign required qualification or diploma in computer science.
The problem is that my german is very poor for the moment but I hope to convince with the English and wish that in the next few months to perfect my german language.

    Thanks mate!

    Take a look at xing.com

It is a Business Networking site, similar to Linkedin and is also German.

If you're looking for those sorts of jobs, why not build a reputation on a good freelancing site? Forget Freelancer but maybe try out something like Elance. If you're good, you can make as much if not more than working for some company. Just a thought.

Get a list of local business, maybe small ones.

Get their contact details... Take a look at their business and at their website/ logo / marketing and then contact them and offer your service a a freelancer... come with some proposal on how you can improve their business / website .. etc.

Send out some emails or some letters, make some call asking for feedback.

It's not a 100% success solution but is better then nothing...

At the beginning you can offer your services for free as a sample... build 1 page website as an alternative... and show the sample to the possible clients...
