I think I should head for the branch of ecommerce and SEO or SEM as long as I have a bachelor's degree in commerce, I see that side webdesign required qualification or diploma in computer science.
The problem is that my german is very poor for the moment but I hope to convince with the English and wish that in the next few months to perfect my german language.

    Thanks mate!

    Take a look at xing.com

It is a Business Networking site, similar to Linkedin and is also German.

    Hi,

I can give you some links to German Jobbörsen, that is, websites where companies publish their job offers. Check out

    http://www.stepstone.de/jobs/IT--Stuttgart.html
    http://www.stellenmarkt.de/stellenangebote/stuttgart
    http://jobs.monster.de/v-it-l-stuttgart,-baden-württemberg.aspx
    http://www.jobscout24.de/

I wrote "IT" in the field for which kind of jobs you are looking for, you could also write "SEO", "online marketing" etc. to narrow your search down. Maybe you can use Google translate on these sites to get a better overview.

You could also go to the nearest "Agentur für Arbeit" and ask for their guidance. They sometimes know about jobs that are not published anywhere and they know from their experience which companies take people without/with bad German language skills. Call them before you go there, tell them you only speak English and need some help for your job search.

If you're looking for those sorts of jobs, why not build a reputation on a good freelancing site? Forget Freelancer but maybe try out something like Elance. If you're good, you can make as much if not more than working for some company. Just a thought.

Get a list of local business, maybe small ones.

Get their contact details... Take a look at their business and at their website/ logo / marketing and then contact them and offer your service a a freelancer... come with some proposal on how you can improve their business / website .. etc.

Send out some emails or some letters, make some call asking for feedback.

It's not a 100% success solution but is better then nothing...

At the beginning you can offer your services for free as a sample... build 1 page website as an alternative... and show the sample to the possible clients...
