Any Standalone Tools To Submit To Hubpages, Knol etc?

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if there are any auto submit standalone programs that does the same job as SENuke for submitting to the Blogs and Web2.0 sites like, Hubpages, Knol, Webs.com, WIki Spaces and so on.

SENuke is great but if there is a one off payment software rather than $100 per month I would rather go that route.

I have the RSS and Bookmarking side covered just not the sites above.
