Any software able to filter a list of URls (1m+) based on the Alexa ranking of the domain?

I have a list of URls for linking, but I want to filter them by Alexa rank. e.g. extract and save a file of URls where the root domain has an Alexa rank of 100,000 or higher.

Anyone know a piece of software that can do that? Or can anyone build me one?

    Thanks!

What possible benefit can you have by filtering based on Alexa Rank? I have no idea if they provide an API, but if they do, it should be a few min job to create a simple script to extract the ranks and sort them.
