I am after a solution that can help me create clean and professional looking link reports. A bonus would be to also include graphs of SERP changes.

The idea is that I can input all links I have built during the last X period into the report, and it will generate a nice looking PDF file with my/clients logo. The bonus would be to also integrate with (or have it's own) SERP tracking tool so that for each keyword we are tracking, a graph can be printed showing the decline or incline in SERP changes.

I can handle the SERP reports myself through SERPBOOK or something similar, but it would be awesome to have 1 PDF report including all links built plus ranking charts in the one report.

Any ideas? I don't want to use any service that has to 'crawl' links first before adding to the report, which is what I think some services do. I want to be able to manually enter in the links I've made, as the services may not find all links for a while.

Thanks for reading & hoping you have a recommendation!

EDIT: I suppose I should ask, because I see there are a few services which do what I need but instead of me inputting the links I build manually - they just crawl the web and find the links I make.

The question is, how quickly do they actually find links? Is it usually within a day or two, or does it take a fair bit of time? If it takes long, the first month or two of providing a new client SEO services might look like we're not build many links. But if the delay before these services pick up the links I build is not too long, maybe it is a better option than manually entering in everything.

    Anyone have experience?

    Thanks Deki33.

After having signed up and tested the MySEOTools free trial for a few minutes, it seems like it is a lot easier to do it with something automated. It has a very nice interface, it even allows me to have a client portal on my own website (subdomain.mydomain.com) for clients to log in.

Branding is also possible to match my existing website design.

So all of this is very cool.

However, I notice a small problem & to me it's not such a big deal (I worry more about rankings than backlinks) but it seems that there is a discrepancy between the backlinks SERPBOOK shows and the ones MySEOTool (Using AHrefs) shows. EG, for my domain in SERPBOOK I have close to 800 Backlinks. In Ahrefs, I have about 200.

If a client considerings backlinks to be of importance, I am not sure if this is the best thing to use versus doing manual reports. But having now seen the benefit of having it all done automatically... I can't help but wonder if it would be possible to get away with using this (MySEOTools) or something similar.

    Thoughts?

My team and I have actually built a SEO reporting tool that does what you said. Keyword rankings + Backlinks together into 1 report.

Here's a sample report for anyone interested to have a look at it: http://www.reporb.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/report-57.pdf

The backlinks included into the report will be based on what you input into the software so you can be sure that your report will include 100% of the links you have built

and not like what Ahrefs and 99% of the other SEO tools out there are doing which maybe only reports 20-50% of the links you have built + it takes time for their crawlers to find them.
