Use VirVox and pay a hefty commission. Use any BTC exchange sites and pay a hefty commission. Or move all your money to a legitimate paypal account and buy BTC from a credible site like Coinmama but be prepared to submit docs if money is above $150.

If you want to stay under the radar, tumble em coins and move it to a virgin wallet. Virvox, paxful etc = 30% below market value of BTC. You will be asked for proof anyway in some cases.

You're welcome brother. The tricky thing about Coinmama is that their payment processor is a bunch of d*ckheads. So even if you keep the order below $150, they will trigger a spam alert and you'll be asked to submit the documents. If it's a virtual credit card, you have to do a lot more work. Just saying this so you won't be disappointed.

VPNs and most proxy services services sold here will trigger the spam alert. This is my experience so far. If verification is not an issue for you, none of this is going to be a problem though.

I use coinmama and cex.io and both work well. However, had to send a bunch of IDs to left limit. If you need help, let me know.

You should try SpectroCoin, works rather good for me. They have alt coin deposits as well but I have not used them yet. Here's a link - https://spectrocoin.com. If you are feeling generous, feel free to register with my ref link - https://spectrocoin.com/en/signup.html?referralId=2025810590
