Got a couple clients asking for contracts. Was wondering if you guys recommend I get a lawyer to write a contract as opposed to editing one myself. I don't want to get myself into hot water so I'm thinking of getting a lawyer to write up a contract. Does anyone know a lawyer that can write me up a contract at a good price?

I'm pretty sure I know how to Google. I already did that and was editing a contract when I realized that I have no experience and can easily get sued by a lawyer if I write something wrong. If you read my post, you would see I am asking for RECOMMENDATIONS ON LAWYERS THAT WRITE CONTRACTS. I am not asking where I can get a "SAMPLE" seo contract. Take your flame and stick it up you know where.

You should set up an LLC, and run your operations through that. This means if you "accidently" do something wrong, the other person will sue your company, and not you personally

I've noticed that as long as you run through an LLC, made an honest mistake but are still getting sued anyway, LLC's are liable, not you personally.
