I have an Onlyfans agency and I’m currently doing well. I have 6 models and all of them are earning 5 figures a month. However, I’m looking to bring in at least 2 new models a week, and now I have a problem. I can’t recruit enough chatters for the number of models I’ll be onboarding.

I’m already posting on Upwork, Onlinejobs, and Virtualstaff, which is bringing me around 150 applicants a day, but that’s not enough since 80% get filtered out immediately. I was wondering if someone might have any advice—perhaps other sites or recruitment methods I could try? It would be highly appreciated. (I’ve already tried Telegram, but it’s not a quality traffic source, and I’ve also tried Fiverr).

The main reason I guess you have a high standard on hiring new chatters, If you want to have many chatters you must learn to let your new chatters be trained by your senior chatters. In that case, you have fewer filters and in exchange to have many chatter. The lesson here is not about the experience, it is about the dedication and hard work of the worker. You will get the fruit of work if you appreciate them. Cheers!

You need to learn to see potential in your employees and be prepared for their mistakes. Don't be afraid to train people, that's the whole secret

Hi, I know it's very popular to post traffic on youtube! Try it there!

150 applicants/day and you still can't fill all the spots? you are clearly doing something wrong. looks like on the frontend you are offering tons of easy money but on the back end forcing people to pass multiple useless tests (IQ, EQ, etc.)
look for reliability, loyalty, jump on a call as fast as you can to filter r3tards and pay people a good amount of money.
