I searched over the Net for a good proxy website guide but i didnt succeed , so anybody can share with me proxy guide , ultimate proxy guide or some thing you knew that is helpful

thanks for your reply ... i didnt asked for how to setup a proxy CSalt2 .. i asked for proxy guide such as Ultimate proxy guide ... i want to read more things .. read a real success with proxy ..
