Hey friends, i need to know that, because i just scraped here 500k unique domains and i used Xenu to find what is broken, and after i filtered to only PR4+ nothing is available to register :(

I got around 3.5k PR4+ unique domains with great DA/PA... but 0 is available to register..

My question is, have any automate tool to find that or site?

    How about registercompass?

    Thanks

    I already know about expireddomains...

That website is impossible to get domain with PR... only DA/PA, TF/CF metrics.

Check "no host found" in xenu for expired domain. You can use freshdrop to find good expired domain.

actually it tells you the PR... look at the different lists, some of them show traffic/exact searches/cpc, pretty sure they all show pagerank though... just use the filter..

you can get domains with good PR but you can't get expired domains with PA/DA.
Solution: register High PR expired domains, then do some backlinking for these and you will get good DA in one month.

Domcop is the best place to hunt High PR domains. But, make sure that you have got a real PR and check for the other metrics as well Good luck!

Hey, I think you missed the idea behind using Xenu for finding domains.
What Xenu does is that it visits a website, checks outgoing links, visit those websites, check outgoing links and so on...
So, If it finds a broken link there is little or no chance that the domain expired like a month ago. You will probably find domains that expired a year ago or even earlier. That means there is no way they keep their pagerank!
So what they keep? I will tell you how I use this technique (I use scrapebox link extractor, but it is just a preference of mine).
I make a list of phrases strongly relevant to my niche. I type them in wikipedia and get the wikipedia urls.
I use them as starters for my urls scraping - from this point I scrape as much wikipedia urls as possible (you would be shocked that even after hours of scraping the urls are still relevant to the niche).
Now I have a list of domains linked by wikipedia. I don't check them for PR. I just check if they are available.
From one evening of doing so I find like 10 domains that could be registered. Now I check for the backling profile...
And the profile is almost always just pure awesome.
If it has one wikipedia link (which is how I found it) it probably has more of them from other wikipedia pages. Almost always if the site got it's appreciation from wiki, it also has backlinks from high authority sites from the niche.
So, I don't care if the domain has PR, PA, DA or any othe two-letter combination. I don't care if it was down for 2, 3 or 8 years. It has backlinks anyone could dream of.
Some people say, that google forgets the backlink profile if the domain is dropped. My experience is different - every domain I got this way got PR of 2-4 in the next update.

This is so true - people too quickly dismiss these types of domains thinking they have lost their value but in truth they have plenty of juice to send to your money sites.

This is a pretty tough thing to do as everyone is now hunting expired domains. expireddomains.net/ is pretty good for this though. when I bought some, I just outsourced it to a service on BHW ;)

In ma case I will check both using expireddomains and the register compass. Both will give me the unique ideas that help me to choose the domains easily from all the others. Do search till you get satisfied.
