Any one using affiliace?

I sign up with affiliace few days ago. I got about 600 visits put not a single lead so far. I am confused because some of the hits are actually paid offer from affiliatetrade.com How can it is not converting and they are showing $0 into my account..........

Any one using affiliace. Do they pay or it is just another crap of CPA networks?

I used CPA Empire before, but they screwed me out of $37,000 when they decided to cancel my account due to some of the ways I was delivering traffic. Long story short, they stole my money.
