I haven't looked into managed accounts before but I've been trading Forex periodically for a few years now (difficult to trade because of my age) and personally wouldn't trust them.

If you want to invest in Forex but are concerned that it would take up too much time I would suggest looking into swing trading or even position trading.

In regards to where you should invest, it depends on a multitude of factors and most likely comes down to personal preference; each currency pair has it's own 'personality' and it's best to stick to just a few pairs until you become proficient. The majors are always good pairs to trade though.

I've been keeping a close eye on GBP/USD the past few months and have seen some good gains. With that being said, stick to pairs that are trending and stay away from ranging pairs i.e. USD/JPY currently.

If you have at least 10k to gamble why not?
But it would be better to find a "trading" account managed by big company( not only forex).

If you persist then find a good company!

    I've lost 2K? here :
    http://www.forexcited.net/

If you want to learn how to trade; go to forexfactory and seek for "pie price is everything" "supply and demand"...
I've lost 3 years for nothing men! You can't beat institution and big playah

    LOL!

To be honest I would just purchase a domain and spend the money on sending traffic to it. After doing this simply go to video publisher networks like youtube or dailymotion and filmon and make money that way. There is no risk and regardless of what happens to the forex market you still would make money. I hope that you at least try doing this its cheaper and no risk.

People here hating on Forex don't know what they're talking about. I trade Binary Options which is similar but easier than Forex but OP just learn how to trade yourself. It's basically a license to print money.

I'm reading some books about stock trading of Warren Buffet.. good ideas but I think you'll always need good money to start. Also I'm always wondering about moral issues etc in forex or stock trading.. btw are any of you trading on 24option (uk) ?

There's NOTHING morally wrong about being a trader, even if there was, how so and are the critics going to pay your bills? Of course not. I can't trade on 24Option cause they don't accept US clients, but I've heard they're a great broker.

First off don't use managed account most of those people really don't know what they are doing.
I think its a bigger gamble instead of trying to learn it your self and invest it your self.
Of course if you don't want that i advice you to get a good broker (a real broker).
And get a good signal service provider, of course don't pick 1 that uses robots.

And place your own trades if you get a signal from the service.
I know a few that are pritty got for a decent monthly price.
if you google them make sure to read reviews of the websites, again also be sure they wont use robots for there signals.

guys i would stay 110% away from any managed solutions or anyone claiming to teach you methods to get rich. you have to ask yourselves if people are so good then why are they sharing their method. on the first link you shared the guy at the top of the ranking supposedly has a profitability ratio of 87%, ~1m in total profits with 225k highest month and 6k lowest month.

if this guy is really so good then he'll get spotted by a hedge fund or prop shop where he would make much much more than what he'll earn from managing your account, finance is very efficient at finding places to park capital.

if it's too good to be true, it most probably is.
ps: binary options etc.. are the biggest casino scam, stay away

Guys do work for pro shops and have other investors. With forex you can do some trade copier services for an extra stream of income. There are some legit guys who are raking it in from multiple sources.

Forex is considered the most random class out there. It's nice if you like gambling with high leverage.

You can try investing in PAMM accounts, whereby a real trader trades on your behalf and they take a commission only for thier successful trading. You can check the history of these traders as well before investing. Take a look at these traders at seorg.net/2V

As long as they're registered brokers they're all pretty much the same. So just go off personal preference.

Personally I prefer Oanda because I like they're user interface and the fact that they offer custom lot sizes.

Avoid FOREX! There's a reason why it's so heavily marketed. Most of the money in FOREX are made by platforms, and a few select hedge funds and bulge bracket banks. Unlike most other instruments, it's a zero sum game, and few are profitable.
