I have seen obscene ads that somehow they can still run campaigns without their accounts being banned. The strange thing is that those advertising videos advertise dietary supplements. They use them, but the videos are up to 2 hours long.

This is a banned ad on Facebook, but if you know how to get around it, you can still do it, but that was about 2 months ago, and now Facebook is scanning for BH campaigns so I'm not sure. 
Your account will be locked immediately because Facebook scans ads quite closely. Try hiding it using a different link.

Your image is very unlikely to run ads, it will violate policy leading to account ban. You should hide that image
