Any of you Use the "Extend Azon" wp Plugin?

    I have a few EDN and MNS that have Azon products on them.
    Looking for a way to increase the 24 hr cookie to something a little bit more reasonable I found this plugin in.

    It looks like it adds any Azon product to a shopping cart on Azon that the author clames is a 89 day cookie + the 24 hr cookie (90 Day Total)...

    Is this in volition of the Azon TOS?
    Do any of you use it on your site already?
    Does it work good with PHPAzon plugin?
    If someone adds a product to the cart via my link, then adds other products in that 90 days, will I get commission on all the sales of just the 1 product?

    on another but simular vain, Do I have to add a disclaimer to my MNS or EDN sites saying I am a AZON affiliate? I read this a few places but am kinda confused.
