I have been doing the Tumblr thing past few days. Not that I have made any big bucks, but that's because I am just in the initial stage and I am doing stuff mostly manually or semi-manually.

Coming to the point of promoting big brands like babes.com or DigitalDesire or Femjoy, do any of you do it? I want to know what it takes to do this. Why I ask this is because I really really like erotic pro photography more than regular hardcore/amateur stuff. I just feel like whoring my soul out sharing amateur pics of chicks. I am definitely going to start more of a niche blog into erotica irrespective of results, but I still wanted to get opinions of any of you who already do.

    Cheers

I don't think it's easy to promote that big brands today, just because everyone knew them.

Mainstream porn is pretty dead, even the largest seasoned vets in the industry do not bother promoting those sites because they simply don't convert. They all promote lesser known girls, from lesser known affiliates. Chances are the surfer saw the same content on 10 other sites before yours, and isn't going to pull out the CC for you, if he hasn't already. Only the most obscure shit converts well today. I did babe sites in 2003, and I was already way late to the party. Now if you're trying to convert at less than 1:2000 you better be ready to have trannies kicking other trannies in the balls while drinking milkshakes and juggling midgets that are masturbating mid air. That's all that's left that people are willing to pay for these days.

I understand that. Problem is because everyone has free access to virtually unlimited porn, people do not prefer to pay for such services. But I think there might also be a small section of folks who would not mind paying for what they want.

Why my interest in this thing rose is because few days back I saw a website that was promoting ONLY FTV, like only FTV. Not plugrush nothing. Super neat and clean with multiple photosets of models, which btw I was able to scrape all of em :D

Anyways to hell with the above thing, I see you promote Crakrevenue. I applied few days back and my application is under waiting. If I sign under your referral, I'd be accepted?

Yeah, I guess you are right. Just that I really wanted to do that. I even thought that I'd contact upcoming models that are super hot and try to promote them for a fee. This was just a idea that was floating in my brain.
