I can confirm testing this network, it is new but good, they pay weekly or even faster (I got faster payouts upon request) and they have acceptable rates for my international geo.

It doesn`t matter where they from the basic business practice is the same.On the other hand Israeli companies are more established and financially stronger.Ask them to bundle only their in house developed software otherwise shaving is inevitable.
