Any marketers need a long term client?

My company is looking for marketers to advertise with on a personal level. We offer a service which is popular with adults aged 26 - 50. It's a service targeted towards unemployed adults or adults who simply want to get ahead in the world. The conversion rate is excellent if properly targeted.

Anyway, we're sick of dealing with various marketing companies which are generally a hit and miss. We would like to find a marketer who is willing to prove himself to us. In return we will prove ourselves to them by becoming a long-term client and providing good rates.

I cannot discuss the company's name, the type of service, or any further details. The company is sensitive about its associations and image.
