Any link indexing services intended for lower volume of URL-s?

    I have about 200 tier 1 links that need to get indexed.

    Buying a monthly subscription for $17 is out of the question.

    Perhaps, a reseller of the mentioned service would be the best option. ~$5 is acceptable. Any recomendations forum?
