Any issues on using an acc created in a different country then mine?

Hello guys!
I have just discovered the BHW Forum and I´m super excited about it!
As a good behaviour, I have tried to solve this doubt using the Search bar, but no luck...

1) I´m based in Portugal and I want to reach Brazil´s audience. So I bought a brazilian account with 25k followers / 350k likes / 96% brazilian audience.
I logged it in my iPhone, with a Portuguese SIM inside, but always using a free VPN (Wirevpn) pointing to Brazil when I open the Tiktok app (in the past, I have created an Tiktok account in this iPhone, but it´s not logged anymore).
Is there any problem using this purchased brazilian account following what I described above?

2) Can I change the account´s niche? I mean, it´s currently a POV niche, but I would like to target health niche. Is it possible?

I have few ipv4 semi-dedicated brazilian proxies, is it ok to use one of them in my iPhone?

Is there any "fast way" that I can switch between this proxy to my regular wifi connection in the iPhone?
I´m wondering if I can use the proxy just to operate my Tiktok acc and then switch back to my wifi IP to use my iPhone normally.
