Any Ideas or advises to Index SEO websites?

Hello,
I own 3 websites about BTC 1 for GCC 1 for RU and 1 for Israel, in Israel, I`m the biggest affiliate for BTC, always in the first page but in Arabic\GCC and RU I bearly get any visits.
I just copied all the website+content and changed the language, though it might work - well, it did not!
Any ideas how I can index my websites? they are affiliate websites.
Tried to post comments on relevant videos on Youtube for GCC and RU, did not work at all, I post some content from time to time but nobody reads it.
What works in 1 country doesn't work in other I guess, Any advises how I can index and get some traffic or ranking for the RU and GCC websites?

Is this necessary?

Do you write your copy professionally or just rely upon auto translated stuff for other languages?

I have someone who speaks the languages and he translates my content, uses 2-3 keywords like 4-5 times each keyword.
