Any ideas on how to wire money to Pakistan?

I have a VA that has been working for me through Upwork for some time now. I would like to move it off the platform so we both can avoid Upwork fees. I know they dont accept Paypal in Pakistan. Anyone have experience with wiring money over there through another service?

I've used Moneygram to send $ to foreigners who have no paypal access. Some fees attached, but works for most countries, including pakistan. Crypto is another solution.
