Any ideas on how to lift the Twitter temporary block if the initial SIM card is lost?

I have bought 10 Twitter PVAs about a month ago.
Fed them well for some time, gathering 12K targetted followers in total, things were looking good.

However, 2 or 3 of them have been blocked temporarely, requesting me to reset the password in order to continue.
For that I need the code sent to the phone number, but the service I purchased the PVAs from does not keep those phone numbers accessible for receiving SMS messages.
So I cannot complete the phone code verification and reset the TW password. And there is no email address associated with the Twitter account.

Should I make a new email address for each account and contact Twitter using the little troubleshooter linked to the password reset page?
There it says it takes a few days, so I guess the tickets are taken cared of manually. Do you have any experience with this type of situation.
Will the response from Twitter be positive? Is there another way to reset the TW password?

    Thanks

is 3 accounts really worth the struggle? besides they'll be flagged and you will probably loose them anyways
