I want to block a website that does "website site valuation" basically what the site does is look at your meta tags and copy them which outranks me.

What I want to do is make it so when their site crawls mine it will display something else not related to my site. Any idea what the best way to go about this is?

In a sense, yes. But I am only interested in having the meta tags etc display incorrectly for the website that is crawling mine.

If it's outranking you, it means your site is not exactly too strong and I doubt it brings in too much traffic, does it? Eventually, it should stop outranking you as you progress with SEO. Hard to avoid statistics site to do this.

If you have the IP address of the server that is scanning your site, then why not just do a simple .htaccess IP block or redirect?
