Any idea how much a micro niche site sitting on the first page sells for? If its not making any profit because Adsense is not installed. Just a rough guess. Basically, I want to know how much a first page site can sell for? Just an idea.

Exact US local: 9900
Avg CPC: $1

Would like a response for this, pretty interested as I have 2 sites that are on 1st page #3 position ranking.. but haven't done much with them and just put adsense code on them recently.

Site #1 2900 Global and 2400 Local exact searches/ mo hmmm thinking it's worthless until I monetize it better...

Site #2 4,400 Global and 1,900 Local Exact searches/ mo

Depends how many searches your keyword is that your ranking for.

I think you have to value it as a business... what kind of niche, what are the returns that your purchaser will expect?

You can evaluate it this way:
1. Take your major keywords
2. Check the visitor for these keywords
3. Check the adwords CPC for these keywords
4. Take 3% as CTR, 50% CPC as the payment per click, and check the % of traffic for each spot on the first page (They are tables ready, google them)
5. Multiply your traffic by CR by payment per click and by % of traffic.
That's a very rough estimate of the value of your website.

This is what I learned from a friend mine. He sold his nice websites 20x from the sells he made every month. Why not try it?

MNS sites don't get a lot of sales. They are meant for Adsense. And if you make $150 in a month, 150x20 = an amount that no one would ever pay for a MNS site.

Without any adsense on it or any earnings your looking at anywhere from $100-$300 depending on if the keywords have medium or high advertiser comp. and if the keywords are buying keywords
