Any Good Torrent Seeding Guides?

I want to start submitting/seeding torrents and I downloaded Vuze (formerly Azure) to use as my torrent interface, but I'd really like to understand how to submit and seed things as good as possible. Anyone have any suggestions on guides to read? (i.e. i want to try to avoid my torrents getting taken down and whatnot).

Use utorrent and read the tutorials on the website. DONE! Yes its that easy. It may seem confusing but its really easy. Just try it this way to start.

I 'm still looking for a way to fake the number of seeds and peers and I know it can be done because I've seen it before.

I haven't tried this but maybe you can check it out. Normally it just boosts your ratio but maybe you can use it n other ways?
