Any good pay per signup program

i have a adult dating website at the moment with datingfactory with about 2700-2917 visits per month, but only 500-700 registrations per month (sucks), sadly you only get paid on datingfactory when the users buys a membership, now do you guys know any program that would pay just for people signing up but not neccesarily purchasing a membership ? , the site is at position 4 for a keyword with about 60.000 searches monthly in US.

I was thinking of maybe just aiming the domain to like a affiliate link that would direct them to a signup form and if they sign up and confirm through email i get paid, is that possible or just wishful thinking ?

Crakrevenue and Datinggold both have PPL programs like these where they pay you per verified Email Signup. Do see that if they find your traffic to be fake or not too satisfactory,they can switch you over to RevShare.

i have tried to signup to datinggold but im not getting any confirmation email and no reply from support

If i just redirect the domain to lets says crackrevenues "sign up form", would i not lose my ranking since i have some content on the site at this moment, or should i just redirect it and keep building backlinks to the domain itself to try to maintain or improve the ranking ?
