Any Good Niche Software out there?

Hey, I've been lookin through the downloads section & this section trying to find a good niche finding product but most of the threads are pretty old. What is a good program to help find niche markets? I've been looking at niche inspector & keyword elite. Are either of these good?

You also might want to try Micro*Niche*Finder dot com, this software is actually a sweet keyword research tool but offers a hot trends button and a brainstorm button, pretty cool stuff.

Also you could try for free eb*y pulse, Barnes&N*ble,buy.c*m,goo*le trends and amaz*n to see what is popular and go from there.

Have you tried the new software by Ed...Market Samurai? Its becoming a monster...and will be great when its stable
