i am looking for any legits adult networks that pays per free signups not paid signups.
bcos most of my traffic is tube traffic and chat traffic that's y they are not really converting

I believe the friendfinder.com network pays for free signups. They will however not pay you if you don't produce enough paid signups (as I'm sure most advertisers will do the same).
