Any good business networks out there?

Im looking for some business networks out there that are strict about spamming etc and is not so 'retard friendly'. Plz no directmatches like sites. Im currently googling some. Apsense looks like it is full of idiots tbh, but I guess I will give it a whirl to see if there are at least some humans.
