Any free way to index a list of URLs?

Are there any free ways to index a list of URLs? Like say for example here if I have a bunch of Youtube videos, Tumblr pages, etc? Plus a bunch of verified links from GSA SER?

I thought I heard there was a way to do this in Scrapebox, but whenever I look it up all I keep reading about is something to do with RSS feeds which I'm not sure is correct and/or could look spammy or something maybe.

If there's no free methods that you guys know of, would you have any suggestions for paid one? I've heard GSA's indexer is crappy :| Although a one time payment of $20 doesn't seem bad. Let me know what you think!
