You can try Sitebulb (free trial), Beam Us Up, or Visual SEO Studio (free version). They offer decent crawling and basic extraction. Not as advanced as Screaming Frog, but good enough for most small to mid-size audits.

You can try SEO Power Suite. It has a ton of features, but I'm not sure about the limitations on the free versions. You might want to check first.

For basic crawling and limited data extraction, Wildshark SEO Spider or SEO Site Checkup are good free options for non-technical users because of their simplicity and ease of use. For more advanced needs, especially custom data extraction, Firecrawl is the best free/open source option, although it requires technical expertise to set up and use effectively.
