you can try canva , i personally hate it but it does the job .
but my main go to for designs is placeit , you can creat logos , promotional video posts , mockups for print on demand . a huge library for a reasonable monthly subscription , i just sub a month make loads of designs then cancel , and resub when needed

I use canva most.... Give it a try, you can easy set the desirable pixel you want, using the free or paid version...
