Looking to flip www.easybacklinkshop.com. Has $1200+ sales for each month (2.5 months) looking for $1k+ after fees.

Willing to pay 15% + Fees for someone with a valid flippa account. I have the paypal screenshots and everything ready to go.

    PM or reply.

Come on man. Look at were you are; this isn't Flippa or WF - this is BHW. Take your fake PP screenshots, fake analytics, fake traffic and hope someone on the other forums you posted takes your offer.

If you think you're getting $1000 for that site without any traffic, real proof of income and real stats then you're hoping for a miracle. The days of posting fake PP screenshots and buying fake traffic are coming to an end. Flippa just made credit card verification mandatory over $200 bids so you have virtually no chance of shilling this with half a dozen fake accounts to $1000 and waiting for an idiot with deep pockets to make a purchase. Plus who wants to be linked to your banned account?

    https://flippa.com/2700556-backlink-sales-business-making-550-week-huge-profits-fully-outsourced

    Real analytics:

    http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/backlinkdoctors.com#

    Nothing there.

http://50.116.116.206/backlinkdoctors.com says it's worth $263 and I think that's being damn generous. More like $26 would be my estimate.

I see you listed it at DP, they'll give you an accurate appraisal. If you get a $100 offer, take it and run.

This website will show relisted on Flippa and potential buyers will see the previous seller was banned. Not sure why you want to tarnish a good account with a bad one but that's your business. Don't be surprised if you see your account linked to the 3 suspended and 1 banned account if you list this domain.

    Good luck

The site hasn't ever been listed on Flippa. Screenshots aren't fake, but understandable that you would think so with the amount of scammers on Flippa lately.

I am on my 12th account with flippa, just not worth the effort to keep making new accounts each time I get banned. The extra $32k in revenue last year was nice.

How have you managed to get banned 12 times?!

Actually, looking over your past feedback I can see what. Have you ever thought of just providing good customer service, keeping your account and building a good reputation? Would make life much easier than creating brand new accounts every few weeks...

I apologize for linking to the wrong auction. That is most likely your account as you listed this site 4 times in the last month on another forum under member id PHXREP which is very similar to PHXSEO as seen in the linked accounts on flippa here:

    https://flippa.com/users/486986

On the other forum you advertised it had monthly revenues of $1500 on one listing (May) and then relisted it saying it had $2000 in sales in June. Now you come here saying this same website has $1200 a month in sales the last two months (May and June).

That's the problem with lying - it's hard to keep the story straight. Good luck selling your website. Flippa is flooded with clones of that site and buyers are slowly catching on to the scams at Flippa.

Their traffic is at an all time low according to Alexa and not some seasonal decrease as Opie commented on another forum. Since their last two price increases their traffic has dropped like a brick and gets worst every day.

A client of mine has been reporting listings that break the rules and both Tim and Danny now ignore all listings he's reporting. One can only assume it's because they can't afford to lose any more listings. Flagrant listing violations now don't even get a response from Flippa support.

My client quit listing on Flippa (the 3rd one to quit Flippa in the last month) because he can't complete with bad sellers Flippa allows to list continually with fake screenshots, fake traffic, no evidence to support traffic and revenue claims and all sorts of other rule violations (potential revenue in title, fake age in title, etc). Flippa is scam haven and the buyers are quickly figuring it out. Look at the site reviews on Alexa if you check Flippa traffic. Once the buyers leave Flippa has it appears more and more are leaving everyday, the sellers will follow. All my clients have 100% feedback and can't afford to compete against the scammers.

    [rant off]

    new scam site

and why are you selling on $1k if you made $1200 in 2 month. Just wait for 2 month and you will earn more than that and keep your site.

Not a scam site, but I guess I am getting grouped in with the scammers now. Talked to a few guys selling on Flippa, still getting $1k+ for sites no problem up until last week, no bids, no traffic, nothing.

    Flippa is a graveyard now.

That's because they allowed too many customers to get ripped off by fake/falsified claims. If they had taken measures to prevent the fraud that went wild on there, they probably would still be doing lots of biz.

That was my main concern... If it was a legit site I would have asked for 4-7x's the earnings! Not less haha

Lol clearly a scam. If its making $1200 a month and you're selling for $1k, that just doesn't add up.

Why don't you go out and make real sites instead of trying to rip people off.

Are you kidding, the general thumb rule of selling your website is 5X - 20X depending upon various factors.

But simple question if it's making $1200/month avg. ,then why are you selling it go develop it.
You also have some dough for the SEO and whatnot stuff to make it a 10k/month avg. site or more but not less.
    Think about what I said.
