I posted an open job on there for 15 min and I got 130 applicants. Some with duplicate infos, they all just seems so shady. Anyone can share some experience?

I think they are automated applicant.

I alway say sg in my projects: you have to write"Best luck for seo" if you want this work.
And I reject all the applicant who dont read my procejt description, only answers all the projects.

Thanks for the tip, yea I figured they are all automated. There is one I contacted manually, seems pretty legit. But I mean is it effective hiring those guys? Did you have any improvements for your site?

I'm sure 99% is utter bullshit that - given the chance - will just fuck everything up big time. But there simply has to be those "SEO superstars" among all that, but then the prices will obviously be much higher. Check their backgrounds, feedback, legitimacy of the company/individual that left the feedback and really give them a call (Skype e.g.,) before even considering to hire them.
