I'll admit it, I F'd up. I noticed one of my MNS took a huge hit recently. I logged into WMT and saw that It now has over 1000 blog comment BL's all from the same site, and that site is not in the niche, is an autoblog, and uses the exact same anchor text for all of the BL's. It's 100% my fault as it was done with one of my programs that I didn't have set correctly.

My question is, What can I do about it now?

My first thought was to try to email the blog owner and ask him/her to remove them, but manually deleting 1000+ blog comments just because a stranger asked you to doesn't seem likely to happen, especially when it's obvious that these comments were generated in a less than ethical way.

I can't be the first person to have this issue, who has a good idea to fix this?
