Unfortunately I cannot get into CB.

I was looking at linkshare but read some reviews saying that their commissions are really low.

Can anyone recommend a good CPA?

    Thanks

Join linkshare and see yourself! They now also have CPA offers and some are quite good ones.

I am in Canada and got accepted into a bunch:

Commission Junction, Affiliateer, Rocket Profit, Instant Dollarz, Commission Soup, Affiliate.com, PepperJamNetwork. Try them out.

I'm in the UK and I'm in 14 different companies including Azoogle, Hydra, CPALeads, Affiliateer, I got accepted with no problem. MaxBounty and NeverBlue told me to try again in a few weeks...

Same here mate, was convinced I'd be rejected until the first one came through (azoogle) then just followed the same approach for the rest
