Not sure what you mean, but I am just telling my experience. Again, is it my fault the people are doing what they are doing? Take a look at Japan for example: The people are living in a "community" instead of fucking each other up. No one in Japan spits on the ground, talks very loudly, shits with an open door or throws trash on the street, because they understand responsibility in the society. In China it seems the opposite to me. Nobody is caring about each other.

I don't even expect any Chinese to understand my opinion or criticism, since they grew up in this environment. For them it seems normal or they don't even notice this stuff anymore, because it happens daily.

I recently went to visit family in Russia. It wasn't too bad but I probably won't ever be going back there again.
I didn't have any wild experience but I just didn't feel too welcome.

Pretty much anywhere in Europe, except maybe Poland.

France is an absolute disaster zone, particularly Paris - go there looking like a tourist and you'll be surrounded by about 20 sub-saharan Africans demanding you pay 20 Euros for a friendship bracelet made out of a bit of string.

You can't just say no and walk away, they intimidate the crap out of you.

London is just as bad, I live in England and wouldn't go there for any reason - utter shit hole.

Germany has also gone down the pan, and any of the med countries are also turned upside down.

I'm curious, what other countries besides Poland, France and Germany have you visited, that makes you avoid the rest of Europe? AND on what basis, apart from just saying it's crap?

    I haven't been to Poland.

I have been to Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, and Holland.

And I wouldn't visit any of them ever again if things remain as they are.

Wales, Scotland and Ireland are great but I consider them traditionally as part of the UK, not the EU.

A lot of the replies on this thread are so vague.

Every country has some shitholes and also has some stunning places.
It depends partly on what you are looking for, such as city life or rural/remote.

City living isn't always for beach lovers, the same that living next to the beach might not suit people who adore busy cities.

@ttmschine, I removed the politics part of your reply. Cheers.

So... let me get this straight. You wouldn't visit most of Europe because of.... politics?

breathtaking stack of money. Nobrain + money its simply stupid.. Young people are enormus clever... Plus
breathtaking fast growing cities. Its totaly different then others countries... However I am form Czech Rep. and I love Prague, I cant
recommend the City... You can be scammed in few hours... Its stupid. But the countryside its soo beautifull. You will fall in love with girls, food and cheap beer.. :D

    I said YES to Poland.

And well - if you haven't seen anything like on those videos then they can't be true can they? Must be CGI or something.

    Sorry, i misunderstood u

Maybe it happened somewhere but it's not everyday life, then obviously in every country there are thieves and so on but there isn't that drastic situation of pseudo war / invasion.

The real war is with crazy taxation up to 60% - and with the pseudo charity companies that ve stolen billions of euros pretending to help migrants.

Migrants if they succeed, they try to escape to the countries of central and northern Europe where there is work, in Italy there is no work, as the stupid Politicians have eaten everything.

I'm not gonna dive into immigration politics, but I'm just astonished that you would let this be a reason to rob yourself of some cool experiences of landscapes, culture, food etc. And it's never that bad as the media likes to portray. Like Mister F said, each country has shit places and awesome places, you just have to find the good ones.

I've lived in UK for 3 years in different cities and it has shit ton of problems. Lots of racism, lots of thieving, junkies, lazy and obese people, well fare generations, you name it. Lots of cities are unbelievably boring, London is a beast on its own. But I still keep coming back to visit every year, I just choose to focus on what I like about it instead of what I don't. Same goes with every country I've ever visited.

I am neither angry nor hating anyone here. Just an honest reply.
The very first thing is that other countries (no matter if it's Germany, America, Australia or any other country) outsourcing their work at cheaper cost. So they will get the quality accordingly. And if you don't want to pay higher and hoping for great quality then it's foolishness. The best example is ISRO -

ISRO created a new world record for the largest number of satellites ever launched on a single rocket, surpassing the previous record of Russia, which in 2014 launched 37 satellites using Dnepr rocket.

    Hope you got my point.

I remember the old days, where BHW members could actually have a civilized and useful conversation.

Other than OP's posts, this thread holds zero value!

    Dear Nakamura,
a friend of mine was a uni lecturer in China for 5 years and he said that all the foreign academics felt pretty much the same as you.
I used to laugh at all his stories and cringed a little when he told me that foreigners used to call the Chinese "nongs".
Rude........probably, funny.........definately, and unfortunately all too accurate as a general rule.
The caveat i would add is that i know a few lovely, intelligent Chinese people here in Australia whom i'm happy to call my friends.
But even they have a few little quirks at times lol.
I guess no-one is perfect, individually or collectively :)

Hey guys, please don't turn this thread into anything political or hate towards migrants/refugees/whatever. Yes, politics can change a country and its people, but it has been like this forever and in 5,10,20 or 50 years things will also look completely different than from now.

About the guy talking about Paris: Yes, I made the same experience. There are some areas of Paris and also other french cities, which tourists (or anyone else) should avoid. Totally criminal.

    Check this video

Thats a travel bus and the peepz are just opening it and stealing the baggage while the bus is driving. Crazy shit. Not the first time I saw stuff like this.
During 2016 when there was the Euopean Championship in France I was driving through France with my car and watching football matches with my friend. I saw lots of weird stuff, especially in this kinda areas. If you wanna travel to Paris, Marseille or any other city you should definitely stick to the tourist places and don't live somewhere outside.
