Any coa program that pays webmasters upfront if the refer webcam models

I need a model referral program that pays upfront when you refer models. Share ones that can't be easily found with a google search obviously.

I want to work with ones that pay upfront doesn't matter the amount

Must be willing to accept a Canadians.
