Any clickbank alternatives that offer skrill payments?

I just discovered clickbank and it seems like they don't offer skrill/moneybookers payments.I would prefer to get money to my skrill account,I could do neteller too.

How does payment processing work with those services?

Say I am selling e-book and customer buys it,does payment go to clickbank first and then clickbank divides it accordingly and sends me my %?Or does payment go to me,then I send % to clickbank,then clickbank sends money to affiliate?

All affiliate networks handle payouts. There's never direct transaction between advertiser and publisher.
